1. Create an Account
If you want to start receiving client leads directly to your inbox, simply register for a HomeKey account and complete your Realtor® profile on HomeKey. If you have not already registered, you can register here.
Profiles with many positive reviews are much more likely to get you hired, so feel free to ask your previous clients to put in a good word for you. We do due diligence to verify each review. Fraudulent reviews will not be posted.
2. Bid on Service Requests
When there is a service request that matches your profile, we will automatically deliver them to your email inbox. The service request will contain basic information about the home that the client is looking to buy or sell, but it will not contain any personal or contact information.
You can bid for this client's business by submitting a bid online. After we collect all the bids, our algorithm will choose 3 winning bids taking into account the bidders' reviews, commission rates, and past conversion history. Only the winning bids are shown to the client.
Before you can bid, you must have your credit card information on file. You can enter your payment info through this secure form.
3. Get Qualified Leads
Upon winning a bid, we will provide you with the client's contact info so you can contact him or her directly. You will be responsible for setting up a meeting and securing the client/agent relationship with them directly. Remember, you will still be competing with 2 other agents.
You are charged $69 when you win a bid. If your bid was not chosen as a winning bid and you were not provided with the client's info, you don't pay us anything!
